Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Membership Fees:
Training programs and membership payments have to be done prior to the commencement of the program or as mentioned during the registration.
Cancellation:
7 days to the start date of a program registration or membership a written request should be made.
Refunds:
- Before Start: In the event the cancellation is done prior to the stated deadline before the start of the event, a full refund minus managerial fees is offered.
- After Start: There is no refund after having started the training.
Transfers:
Transfers in membership or program slots can only be moved to another session with the prior permission, subject to availability.
Exceptions:
Refund exceptions can be considered as an exception only under exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical causes with proper reasons).
